Alertpay for Selling Used Panties

I guess I have to set up an Alertpay account to start selling my panties???? could use more information on this. Thanks.
Through Alertpay you can accept credit card payment for selling used panties online. Of the main online credit card payment processors, Alertpay currently allows selling used panties through their services. The main advantage for used panty sellers, for the most part, is if you abide by their Terms of Service then you are not in danger of being fined or having your account compromised for selling dirty panties, as you can be with other processors.
First off, in creating an Alertpay account, in general, there are four options: Personal Starter, Personal Pro, and Business. Personal Starter is only going to allow you to shop online, and not accept payment for your dirty panties. A Personal Pro account would render you without any anonymity, as your name would show up on buyer credit card statements and invoices. In further considering whether or not to select the Personal Pro option do take note of one section in their Terms of Service:
4.2 – Account Types and Associated Fees
Any Seller involved in Multi-Level Marketing (“MLM”), adult or mature content or an industry regulated by AlertPay, must open a Business account and choose the correct category for their business. Failure to select the appropriate account can result in closure of your account or additional fees being charged to your account.
The online used panty selling industry is one regulated by Alertpay. Although no confirmed reports have been found of ladies who sell their used panties through a personal account having any of this happen to them, it is something to consider.
So, that leaves the option of creating a Business account through which to sell your used panties online. With this you do have personal anonymity, as what will be shown on the buyer’s end is the name of your business. In order to successfully start a Business account you have to be able to provide them General Excise Tax information–meaning you have to take the time go through the process of legally registering your business and obtain that documentation. This can be mailed in or uploaded to Alertpay in the registration process. If you already have a Personal Pro account, then you can upgrade through your account settings.
In order to withdraw any of the funds in your Alertpay account you are going to have to verify that you are who who say you are through either phone, bank account, or credit card verification. You do this by logging in to your account, selecting the “Profile” tab, then “Personal”, then “Verification”. For the phone option you have to be able to accept text messages, through which they send you a code that you insert into the appropriate field on your Alertpay account profile. This is the fastest option. With bank account verification Alertpay will send two “micro-deposits” (less than $.15 each) to your personal bank account, which can take up to five business days. You then use those deposit amounts to verify your Alertpay account within the profile section. If you opt for credit card verification, a validation code will appear on your online credit card statement in two to three days.
With a Business account, Alertpay will also want to know if you sell through a personal website that you own outright and if you are going to be using their bright green “Buy Now” buttons on it. If you are selling through an auction site, this does not apply to you. To verify your personal website you will be asked to upload a file to your webspace. It is advisable to skip over the section regarding the payment buttons until you know for certain that you will be using them, as creating such an avenue for impulse purchases could be seen as an upgrade in your liability as a provider in such a high-risk industry.
So far as limitations are concerned, be prepared to pay the associated fees for being a purveyor of adult goods and services through Alertpay. They are not astronomical, necessarily. How much you are charged per transaction likely depends on how you have set up your account.
In addition, although through a Business account it might be understood that you will be able to accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, this is not necessarily the case for those who sell used panties through personal websites. You may be declined the ability to accept MasterCard payments, and told that it is according to MasterCard’s regulations of adult-related industries.
On the flipside, a potential perk to owning your own used panty selling website and utilizing Alertpay is that you can join their affiliate program. The more you promote use of Alertpay services and get people to join, through your site, the more money you can supposedly make: $5.00 for each referral up to the ninth; $10.00 for each referral from the tenth person. However, two important conditions must be met in order for you to reap the benefits: those you’ve referred to Alertpay must open a Personal Pro or Business account; they will have had to send or receive over $250 through their account.
As a closing note, and this is not to dissuade anyone from selecting them as an online payment processor, you may find that a lot of buyers urge you to use Paypal–the reasons being that they may already have an account or have found Alertpay accounts to be a hassle to set up or do transactions through. Although more will be written here on Paypal later, know that use of them as a payment processor is against their Terms of Service and as a consequence of doing so both you and your buyers can have your accounts frozen and/or be fined up to $500.
